I have account with this bank and many times maintain good amount in the account. I have requested for net banking facility through their portal. After some days I received a letter with transaction id saying they will send user Id and password. But it didn't come to me till now. After some 15 days I sent them a mail informing them about this. They replied for this asking some details about myself and etc which I felt good practice. I replied promptly with all details. No use.
They don't want to trust their customer. They can't make a call also. Now it is my turn to take a turn which I already did.
