I got so damn frustrated today..since May my ABN AMRO Salary Account is activated and till date I have not received a single statement since then, regardless of several complaints through Net banking & Phone Banking no action was taken, and whenever I used to call them they used to say, its been posted you will be receiving it within 2-3 Days, however its been 4 months now.
I never was concerned about my statements as I download the same through Net Banking. Same way I had requested for Cheque Book..since almost a month and half.., through Net Banking, ATM's & Phone Banking as well., today was heights..First of all this bloody bank doesn't have enough Branches nearby..i put up in Dwarka, so the nearest to me would be either Gurgaon or Rajouri garden!! I required the Cheque Book really urgent as I opted for a home Loan and had to provide them with post dated cheques, I wanted 8 cheques..So I decided to visit the Rajouri Garden Branch personally and collect the cheque book..
Guess what happened when I reached the Branch, one of the stupid agent there told me that they cannot bloody issue a cheque book, I was so frustrated I asked one of the staff there that how can I get the cheque book, they said i will have to request for the same through NET/ATM/PHONE..i was pissed off, I told that lady that all these 3 options and still I received no cheque book!!! she said maximum that she could do is issue me just 2 leaf of cheque's to help me!!! Ha Ha just 2 cheques and later on when I said to check there system, she replied that they have recieved the request and its still open!! what a system????? I asked her does someone ever cares to check the request made by the customer..she didn't have any reply for the same..
All these Pvt banks just understand how to earn money..and how to irritate the customers resulting in closing of accounts!! I have been promised that I would receive the Cheque book within 3 Days..i am waiting for 3 more days and the forth day.. **i would close my account!!
