ABN AMRO'S WEAK VERIFICATION. Review on ABN AMRO Group

I am holding American Express Bank's Gold Charge Card and Gold Credit Card which are the most valuable cards in the world. I also owe ICICI bank's silver card and HDFC's Gold card. U also have Union Bank of India's INDIA CARD since more than 2 years. I applied for ABN Amro Banks Freedom card and my application declined.

Later on Mr.Vishwadeep Dave, the sales officer of Gold Cards of ABN Amro Bank visited my office as he got my name listed with the bank for an invitation to apply for the card. I told him that recently my apploication was declined, he found the reason and that was my residence in Mumbai-400003 which is a nagitive area in bank's area list. I am shocked. How can they decide that all the people living in Mumbai-3 are defaulters?

Anyway, the manager Mr.dave forced me to apply and promised to approve my application in special case as he said there is no reason to decline the application of a genuine people like you who hold such major credit cards and with genuine and strongest income decuments. he stated that residence are is negligible.

I applied on his promise and told him that I don't like a rejection letter. After 25 days I received a letter from bank rejecting my application.

Now Mr.Dave is not ready to attend my calls. ABN Amro bank is not doing a proper verification. Such restrictions on areas are not justified. The same behaviour I found in Citibank too. ABN Amro & Citibank does not give credit cards or loans to people who resides in Mumbai-400003 area which is a very bad announcement from them.
