Worst service technically. can't access a lot sites. speed is low, connectivity issues are major and customer care calls hardly connect and stay connected through. had to call mutliple times..
I have disconnected the service and returned the modem a long while ago.. in spite of repeated requests of requesting a confirmation via email and phone.. I never got a confirmation proof of closure of my account.. now after few months, I receive a court order that I have to appear in a Delhi court because there is balance due!!!!!!.... hideous.. I paid all dues.. there is nothing due.. if the modem is connected to power doesn't mean I used it... it stayed connected until a ABC Broadband agent picked it up from my home.. long after I made the request.. which is not my problem. . there should be a way to track usage of internet activity.. show me and then demand dues. This is very unfair and very wrong to demand dues, send notices, , make un ending calls on my mobile demanding I appear in a court in some city 1000s of miles away. what nonsense. very traumatic
