I am in hedge nagar bangalore and took ABC Broadband connection because no other broadband connections available
First few days the connection was disconnecting every 5 mins and I was not able to do my office work in VPN. I shouted at call center and became restless because I paid 3000 for 3 months.
1 week went without a resolution. So, I purchased Airtel 4 G data card for 1500 and post paid plan,
Guess what the next day one technician came and he just changed the port in the device in terrace and it worked like char after. No disconnections for last few months.
But I wasted my money in data card. So, I am keeping it for using it out of town.
Btw, Tikkona Server is within 1 km radis from my place, So u need to ask technican or see yourself in the device in the terrace how many lights(out of 5) are blinking. If more LEDs are blinking ur connection will be stable and good speed.
