Good speed but one full day downtime every week. Review on ABC Broadband

I am using ABC Broadband for the past two months the download speed is good and after the first few days I thought "Finally I found a good reliable ISP in chennai which can replace bsnl, airtel". My happiness didn't last even for 24 hours and I had a first breakdown and the customer service said there is a problem in the tower it will get rectified within 24 hours and after 24 hours it got rectified. Now the problem is ISP is down one day every week(server down problem) and when I call customer service I get this standard answer "server is down it will get rectified in 24 hours". If you are ready to take one day downtime every week then this is a good ISP. I am ready to give 5 star if this perennial(once a week downtime) problem is solved. Other than that it has good download speed(as per the plan) and value for money ISP when compared to other ISP's. . Please note I will update my experience periodically and let you guys know. I will also update the ratings based on my experience. Yesterday my ISP is down I am expecting another full day downtime in another 4-5 days.:( The problem is you cannot switch ISP as I paid around three months subscription in advance. I would say ABC Broadband CS will be a serious bsnl/airtel competitor if this once a week server down problem is solved.

Update on 12th october 2014. ABC Broadband is running without downtime for the first time in the past 14 days. I am increasing its rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I will watch the performance for another few months and if there is no downtime I am ready to give five stars and recommend to my friends. Also I got a comment from ABC Broadband asking my account number to rectify my problem which is a positive sign.
