I asked for disconnection for ABC Broadband internet for Id 1106855477.Last day of use was 25th June, 2014.Got a call from retention, after which internet worked fine for 2 days and then stopped again.Followed the same process.
Got call from retention again and this time I asked for disconnection, which they agreed.So no bill and calls in July and now in August, 2014 I have received a bill again.When called ABC Broadband, they say they called me again and I din't receive the call so they reactivated my internet without any email or text confirmation.When asked for manager, Csr's hung up me twice on 4 august, 2014.
One of csr's gave his name as Deepak, Team Leader Arti Yadav, who hung up call.It's mental harassment to call ABC Broadband and explain every time same thing.Can't tolerate any more.
