The actual Internet service and speed is acceptable and consistent. Technical support, both online and offline (email) are worst I have ever seen. During the day their main toll free and other Mumbai line is picked up by female staff, they are courteous, but ineffective, as what they promise is beyond their capability/reach.
In the evening they have male staff attending calls and they are the ridiculous lot. e.g. they have made me hold the line for 45 minutes, which I ended up disconnecting myself, else it would have been forever, also they tend to disconnect your calls in between. They know that there is no way through which one can find their name (day staff do introduce them) and reach any senior person.
Their own technical staff is stealing outdoor antenna's and later on selling the same at a cost of 400R. I think ABC Broadband management should investigate this and fix this nuisance. Overall the company appears to be managed badly and there is no one looking after the support.
My connection is down for past 13 days and no one so far visited to attend to it. Though they are promising everyday. I have paid almost 10000 Rs. in advance for a year and there is no easy way to recover it back. They sort of cheated me nicely :) I deserve it, as I didn't conducted a market survey.
If you have no other option in your area, you can go for them, but if you have any other option, my advice would be to stay away from them and don't let them cheat you.
