I would like to share my experience with ABC Broadband, would describe as worst experience for me and unfateful for the company. The sales guy visted my house for new connection and said I would recive a plan of 2MBPS speed for 6 GB post that a 256Kbps speed. for this he said charge is Rs 500 per month. He charged me Rs. 1000 for 2 moths of payment. He said the connection charge would be free.
However I actually got an different plan activated where upto 1GB of usage was free post some usage charge was applicable. Sad part was that I was unaware of the fact kept on browsing internet assuming I would get 6GB of usage. However after some 20 days, the speed got slowed to 64 kbps and my usage was around 3.7 GB. After enquiring with the customtakeouter care I came to know that I was mispromised by the sales guy. I talked to the customtakeouter care about the fact and produced all details they wanted, however they are saying that I have to pay up the outstanding bill.
This is completely ridiculous, first the company cheated on me, later they are asking to pay the additional bill. I guess, this is common practice for this company. Beaware, or else you may also have trouble like I had to go through.
