1) Technical support don have idea of broadband. They know 2 sentence "sir please restart ur pc. Sir please restart ur device"<br>
2) Sales representative will not pickup ur call after you have paid a large ammount to him.<br>
3) Engineer who will come to ur home is <b>hardly class 10 pass</b> nd he has no idea of wifi router.<br>
4)there is limitation in all unlimited plan, but there was no tiny star in the liflet.<br>
5) service will remain faulty 2-3 days in a week.
