I used ABC Broadband form July 2011-Oct 2011. It didn't face any problem till Sep 1st. Then the trouble started. I got a total internet outage of 5 days, though I made the complaint on the very first day, they attended afetr 5 days. Their service engineer struggled to fix it.
Then On Oct 25th, it started again. This day, I was unable to raise the complaint due to their till free support phone out of order. I made emails, and got their response after two days, then their service engineer came on the 6th day.
They do not have proper support network. I think they depend on a thirdparty network providers for support
Toll free system and complaint log has no meaning to them
I said that I need waiver for the period when they failed to offer service. Which they didn't.
You never get replies to your email to the customer care.
There is no one to act at the Nodal support.
Overall, I strongly recommed to not to go for them.
An update on my review: I sent a disconnection request couple of months ago, and I am still getting bills and follow ups.
