This institute started working from 1948. Institute is on yagnik road, Rajkot along with two other colleges 1. Dharmendrasinhji arts college 2. H.H.Kotak science college, with different hostels.I joined H.H.Kotak science college from 1959-61 for f.y.sc. and inter sc.All the colleges including A.V.P.T.I.and hostels are in same area so I was used to visit A.V.P.T.I.
so many time. At that time student who wants to be expert in radio tehnology joined A.V.P.T.I. for radio engineering. Now Institue offer For 1. diploma in comp. aided costume design 2. diploma in electronic and communication, duration three years, Institute provide every facility like laboratories, library, hostel, canteen, sports etc.for student. Institute is very old and good experience and good name in technical education, I would suggest to join institute for getting desired diploma.
