Dear abhinay, you can vsit a place called Ganapathipule which is around 200 Kms.from Kolhapur or 12 ms from Ratnagiri. he lace has a beautiful Ganesha Temple wit hRed Ganesh idol. The temple is I he ill and to do pradakshina, you will be climbin he hill.The Arabian Sea here is calm and attractive.
There are many Hotels and cottages. The MTDC have sea side Huts an bambo houses which are very nice to stay at. The beach is very clean and unlike Goa. Thee are Horse an camel rides on the shore.The people/tourits ar alo good. No fear. I is als famous for certain ayurvedic products.The food and hospitalty is very good. You ca stay for three-four days fre of all you worries. The bes time is during winter and summer. Avoid rainy seasons.
