THE PAINTED HOUSE by john grisham
John Grisham is undoubtedly one of the best fiction writers the world has and is among my few favourite writers. But reading his latest book'THE PAINTED HOUSE' makes one think if it is the same writer who once never failed to make the reader leave the book till its finished? The story reflecting his own childhood life is more of an autobiography than a fiction novel. Though the characters have been well defined in the book for which Grisham is given the well deserved credit, the story makes one wonder-why the hell am I reading it?
John Grisham has obviously failed to make readers go ga-ga over his books this time. I really hope that the next book will be better read and a better catch than this one where one's not left sceptical about the authour's caliber which undoubtedly cannot be questioned.
