Recently I had placed an order on 99Labels.com, while paying for the product using credit card, the site showed some error and the payment was not updated to the said order. When I contacted my banker regarding the payment, they informed that the payment was through and approved, so I need to contact the vendor for the same, they also provided the authorization code for the said transaction.
I forwarded the code to the 99Labels.com but as per them they could not trace the payment.
When contacted over phone no one was able to give any satisfactory reply about the payment, the customer care are not fully trained about the commercial issues. Every time you call them you receive a different suggestion.
I myself is a Chartered Accountant but it seems I have to learn banking and commercial knowledge from those people.
