Fraud! 420! Name anything similar to this. Review on 99Labels

Recently(40 days back) I have ordered a Nice shirt as shown in website. Its original price was Rs.2299/- whereas 99labels offer was for Rs.799/-

This kind of offers are quite common as a shirt for Rs.799/- is a shirt worth this range(Half shirt).

But the 99labels turned out entirely to be Fraud. The shirt I got is worth Rs150/-

As soon as you order they will keep the thumbnail image of product for some days until it reaches the point  for delivery, the next day they remove the image. Isn't this fraud. Yes, the product I received is an example of it. It is not at all the color what I have ordered. The shirt is simply a cloth which we can use it for cleaning floor.

I am going to consumer court on this website products. I have taken a color printout and saved the screen shot how actually the shirt looked like when it was for sale and the product that I received.
