I Ordered a W kurta for my mother. After 1.5 months and repeated follow-ups also, it was not delivered. They then cancelled the order but it took another round of follow-ups to get the money back. Moreover, till today my order page shows that particular order as Awaiting.
Apparently takes them ages to change order status also. For another lingerie product that I had ordered, when I cross-checked at the store, they told me it was fake. They do not even provide the bar-code or any label on the product which can prove its genuineness. Never purchase form this website, is the only advice I can give.
