Intended to attend the expo this evening but a bitter experience at your registration desk made us drive back home. Upon reaching the venue, my husband and I were asked to register individually and we're given two forms. Why do you want to have both of us registered while we are from the same family, you could have had an option to add additional person in the same box. As I started to fill the form the help desk girl said I can't have any of the fields blank and insisted I write my email address.
While I believe it's an individual's choice to fill out personal details they prefer! On the other hand the help desk girl said it has to be filled and it was mandate. There were no clauses on the form which said it was mandate. Considering the tone in which she spoke, poor customer handling skills and her rude attitude made me not to fill the form any further. Few sentences she used were "this is not a game" "we are not jobless" "we are not sitting here freely". I got irritated and asked to talk to her manager, she called another lady who said it was not mandate to fill out the details.
But this girl was not happy with the response from her higher official, and this is how she reacted- she torn the sheet on which I had written, crumbled it and threw it on the ground saying I don't want any incomplete forms. I didn't want to stand there for a second and decided to leave the venue. I'm sure you all can teach your help desk some basic skills of customer handling. End of it we all work for a business and I might have been your prospective customer today. It's truly disgusting to deal or even meet people with that attitude. I hope this feedback goes to her and not another customer is treated this way.
