In this world of high standard customer service, this site is an exception. Having been a paid listing customer, it is surprising that their service standards are so poor.
To solve a problem with my property listing, I was given a different number. When contacted, I was asked to write to an email feedback@99acres.com. Its been one week and 2 emails but nobody has responded. When I call, I get the same response - please write to feedback@99acres.com. Wonder when will my problem be resolved. Till that time, my listing is going down the drain.
