On Saturday after roaming with friends at juhu beach we decided to visit some pub and have some drinks with dinner.
So we came to khar station and thought of visiting three wise monkey but when we arrived there they told all tables are full you will have to wait for almost 30 minutes.Instead of waiting as we were tired we visited 99 Bollywood bar.
We got a table for 6 person as soon as we entered we found only two tables were occupied due to which Ac were kept off.We requested the staff to on the Ac near our table he told you will have to talk to manager.
And finally after talking to manager Ac were put on after 15-20mins.
Till that time no waiter had came to our table to serve us water and menu cards.Due to which I stood up from table and bought the menu card myself from their reception table.
After that we ordered 2 beer pints, 3 starters, 3 breezers and some shots.
The ambience here was very booring I didn't feel as if I was sitting in some pub instead I was sitting in some library.
After 20 minutes of order waiter bought beer and breezers which were not so chilled I told him to replace it he told you will not get more chilled drinks then this.
As beer and breezers were not so chilled so we started it without our starters.We asked two times when will we get starters waiter repeated same think chef is preparing it only 10 minutes.Finally almost 45 minutes after ordering starters arrived and we were happy to receive it but as soon as we tried the starters we found it was very spicy and little salty then I asked waiter to bring schezwan sauce he told it's chargeable this is the answer he replied to us.
And finally during checkout we found that our bill was almost rs-2500 with taxes around 18% .
Very much disappointed by making decision of visiting this pub.Staff was very rude in attitude also manager was not so helpful.
Worst thing was the service received from the staff here.
