Robbins Anthony book 8 minute in the morning is based on 3 things.
this book about how can you loos 2 pound in just one week. the author never talk about the gym and aerobics but he said for exorcises.
Robbins Anthony give the 3 points and every one should follow it.
1. EATING.
he talk about the food for loose wait but according to calories. you have eat less calories food to loose your wait.
- MOTIVATION.
Robbins Anthony say you need motivation for every work without motivation you cant do anything same like you have to motivate to loose your weight.
EXORCISES.
author said you must do exorcises but not in gym or by aerobics. you do this in your home its privacy so do in this in your private place at the floor of your home.
there is nothing so impressive or so much different but may be its work. I still did not try but I will. may be its work.
