After the great sucess of selvaraghavan - yuvan shankar raja in thulluvatho ellamai and kadal koden.....the combination is back with another musical........
And selvraghavan the director of the movie 7/g rainbow colony has said that hero of this film truely none other than his music director ...yuvan shankar raja...that sums it up all....yuvan's music was the backbone of both his movies.... will they satisfy the expectation this time...????
Well they have done it.......and in an excellent way....
Side a starts of with'nam vaydhuku vandom' song....sung by yuvan shankar raja, unnikrishnan, shalaini, ganga.......a pepy youthful number....funky attractive https://lyrics...as expected its lyrics of n. muthukumar ......it catches very fast..sure to be the hit number....
The second song is 'kanpesum varthigal' sung by karthik....its similar in style to 'thottu thottu pogum thendral' in kadal koden.....this song has got all elements like the later to be a hit....
The thrid song is a karnatic -hindustani blend song'kana kanum kalangal' sung by harish ragavendhira, madhumita and ustad sultan khan...a very gud number...ustad has hummed in between lyrics goes in well with the song...voice of madhumita is really captivating.
The fourth song is 'ninaithu ninaithu' by shreya gosal...the song is very slow number...with very good piano work....very melodious and soothing song ......
Side b starts of like a rock like racy lead guitar....the song is idhu 'indhu porkalama'....sung by harish ragvendera...his voice modulation is excellent....the guitar is very prominent in this song........
the second song is a composition without https://lyrics......its called 'music of joy'.....it starts of with spanish guitar based music then goes on with soem wat samba tye musc...these part doesn't attract much...then comes the violin orchestration....its mind blowing...it will remain in u ears...very haunting music.......its something he has inhertied from his father........
The third song is male version of 'ninaithu ninaithu' sung by kk.....its beter of the two versions....
the next song is 'january matham'.....its very agressive number...sung by madhangi and kunal....the lyrics is to be enjoyed...hear it u'll know why......very gud song...the best according to me.......
The last one is the gem of all...the theme music...'walking through the rainbow'....it starts of like brave heart music...then as it contiues on u feel that have been lost in music....very powerful compostion...you'll sure rewind it and hear it again...mesmerising music....yuvan stands out with this composition....excellent one...don't ever miss it.
Overall the album is very good .... must buy...is my suggestion.
