Worst Low Cost Broker. Review on 5paisa

I have the worst trading experience with the shitty broker. They have deducted DP participant charges from my account and when I raised the dispute with them they did not even bothered to reply to mails even after 10 days of constant reminder. Moreover if you want to speak to their customer service desk you have to spend 2 hrs in queue to speak to their customer service rep. When it comes to account opening you get instant reply however the moment the account gets activated they vanished and no one will be their to response to your queries. I have sent mails to their nodal officer as well however it seems he is too busy to respond to customer query. Moreover every now and then we get the messages from their server informing us that the terminal and Mobile application is not working. Why you have opened the broking service when your server can not take the load?
