Friends, earlier reading books for me was quite a herculean task, as I was not able to understand which books to read and most importantly how to read them. So, one fine day, I got a book from one my close friend, which was about self improvement. I read that book thrice and started getting change in my personality. At that point only, I decided I will read those books which can make me a better and knowledgeable person. So, I started reading self improvement and psychological books to enhance my personality as well as social skills. I started penning down good thoughts or lines from those books in my personal diary to ponder on them for later on. Slowly and gradually all my habits which were stopping me to achieve my goals vanished and I embarked upon the ladder of success. The best books which everyone should read for personal development are:- Dale Carnegie's How to make friends and influence people and another one is How to stop worrying and start living. Another author is Michael and Roman who have published great time management and productivity tools in their book. Another author is Robin Sharma whom most of us are already aware of. Apart from these, in my top 5 list will come Jiddu's Krishnamurthy:- Freedom From The Known book. This is realy a masterpiece by him as this books will explain you how to always live in the present moment thereby forgetting about the past failures and future worries too. Another good book in my top 5 list is by Robert Kiyosaki which is Rich Dad Poor Dad.
