One time watch. Review on 404

A psychic movie, with an emblem that perpetuated the old theory which is the power of human brain. While, the typical masala ending of the movie was quite predictable, it could have added more thrill, if the young student could have used reverse psychology to psyche the professor. Overall the experience provided by the movie was different and stood out. Not to mention that the cast and crew were very naturally supporting the entire story.

While studying about the human mind in the past, I was amazed to hear stories of people who had split personality syndrome or perhaps even multiple personality syndrome. The power of the subconscious mind overpowering the conscious, was also projected in the movie, Bhool Bhulaiya (adaptation from Malayalam movie, manichitrathazhu) that brought out the underlying might artistically. Also, impressive is power of our brain that is able to create and imagine anything that we want right in front of our eyes. While, we can debate the existence of God or Ghost itself, the good and the bad have always been there since we have heard the existence of mankind.

The movie was good, one time watch. It could have been certainly better. Although, one could predict the cycle after the intermission, the entire plot was averagely woven to make the spectator stick inside the movie hall.

While the professor in the movie acted well and was more so shadowing Nana Patekar, other members in the movie were average and supported the story well.
