3i infotech SAUDI ARABIA, is the worst company. Especially the big bosses are the horrible creatures in the company. Lets start from one by one.
- Ali Shaikh- A senior staff manager, even he laughs when he sees his designation. No etiquette, No professionalism. It seems 3i has no choice, but to keep him as a staff manager. He is good for nothing. Its not my view, its all Saudi Arabia 3i people view. Will give one by one all views don't worry wait and watch.
Issues :
NO salary on time.
No mail ethics.
No client communication etiquette.
Everything on phone to avoid proof.
Resource hiring and ditching them.
NO commitments..
