This application is specially designed for women.
This application is specially for people who want to do workouts at home and for those who cannot go for gym, mainly women.
It is divided into 5 division : -
1) full body workout
2) abs workout
3) butt workout
4) arm workout
5) leg workout
In every division there 6 options provided: -
Easy plan 1, easy plan 2
Medium plan 1, medium plan 2
Hard plan 1, hard plan 2
Easy plan is for those who excercises once in a week
Medium pkan for those who excercises twice-thirce a week
And the hard plan for those who excercises four-six times a week.
It has voice command in it.
When you start an excercise by clicking on start a voice from the app will command you and tell you what is to be done by you, how many times it should be done and how should you do it.
After every excercise you need to click the ?? button to move forward.
There's 30 seconds of break after every excercise.
As the name itself suggests that its a challenge, so be aware the excercise in this are not easy and to keep yourself fit easy is not the right way.
This app is a good example for people don't want to or can't go to gym.
