3-Idiots is a movie which is very close to my heart. There are few reasons behind it because I feel, this film represents truly reflect in a way how does every household in India thinks about their children future and it depicts the mindset of the college students. They are in a position where in the situation will not allow them to decide about their future, it’s the other people around in their family who decides.
Right from the first scene to the climax of the movie, there is only one thing I assume I can take it through is the fearlessness of a character towards his journey to excellence. The main character name is Aamir Khan, not even in one scene, we can make it out that he is a 52-year-old actor, that’s how convincingly he played the role.
Other two lead actors, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan got into the skin of the character. Superb, natural and mind-blowing acting by them which is unbelievable. The producer, Mr. Vinod Chopra, the Director, Hirani, my salute to this team for impeccably making this as a masterpiece. And I personally believe that we just should not watch any movie per se for only entertainment.
Of course, entertainment is a big factor which is driving the film industry on a whole and films. Especially this movie, right from the producer, director, actors lead, character or supporting, they played their part to the core. Not even one scene in the film is out of context or not meaningful. Though it is an adaptation of the Novel written by Chetan Bhagat, yet they production kept the movie alive as it must be shown.
They believed in themselves, the actors they chose, they did not go for the stars in the first place, but yes, they go for actors. The people who can contribute much more than themselves and above all the team believed in what they are making. Their intention of making this movie was not only to draw crowds or mix the movie with some item songs to pull the audience on the grounds of entertainment. No. That is what I liked about this movie, simplicity to the core, dialogues to the point, acting to perfection, direction at its own peak and a wonderful producer to back.
3-idiots is a true and simple example of a good-content and an excellent performance can win over the hearts of the audience. No star is required and so is not the item numbers. And no one in the film fraternity or lay-man audience ever believed even the trade-bandits, who otherwise are always very accurate in their prediction. That 3-idiots will be a rocking it and can really create a mild earth quake shake at the box-office.
