Sir Bob Geldof bought everyone back to reality with this song, made to reflect on the position that the continent of Africa faced at this time, with much established artist such as Bowie, Bono, etc. This thankfully knocked that awful ballard of Donovan and Minogue off the charts to take top slot

One of the bands greatest hits, and still replayed today, Girls aloud did a cover version of this, let's be real, hardly as good as the original
