: well to begin with , its good to see that most of the mumbaikars spend their time in cinema halls as it is true ,the best way to entertainment.The succes of various mutliplexes like fame adlabs , fun republic , imax adlabs etc gave rise to a new outsource , '24 karat' which then was added to the list of multiplexes.
LOCATION : I have been there only once. my experience was fairly ok , I wouldnt recommend you to go there if tickets were available at other theatres. firstly the location which is situated at jogeshwari ruins it. also with the common minority population its irritating sometimes.
REFRESHMENTS/ SNACKS : I strictly have no complaints about the refreshments/ snacks available there as the prices were reasonable. hats off to them!!! I loved the boiled corn there. I dont remember the price of it but it was cheaper than the rest. ENTRANCE : on reading the earlier reviews , yes I totally agree that they have put up flags all over. it kind of reminded me of some kind of exhibition. the ticket counter is also situated in a weird location. the parking is also a place for improvement.
TICKETS: I have actually never gone for any matinee OR afternoon show. I have been only once. it was when the cinema halls were booked for spiderman.we were fortunate to get tickets. I had advanced booked the tickets , they had said that for each advance booking youll be charged on each ticket a price of rs 10/-. the ticket was 160 , so when I reached there I had to pay 170. I could have atleast spent this amount elsewhere on my ticket and snacks. I have never faced this problem of charging on advance booking anywhere else.
SEATING: The seats were cozy enough for 2 hours but if exceeded it would cause you some pain. the structure is good, sound is good. The crowd is ok.
