Actor Suriya needed a comeback after a series of bad film in his career and 24 is definitely a great comeback movie for him. The main theme of the movie is time travel itself but it not a full fledged Sci-Fi movie, its a entertaining Sci-Fi movie for the majority crowd.
In to the film: A time travelling watch is invented by Sethuraman but his twin brother Athreya need the watch for his own bad purposes. The fight for the watch ends in the death of Sethuraman and his wife also leaving Athreya in to a coma condition. Before Sethuraman dies, he hands over his son and the watch is safely to woman named Sthyabhama. After many years later Sethuraman's Son gets the watch working and tries to explore deep in to the watch.
The main attraction of the movie is Suriya and his superb acting in three role lifted the movie to another level. Every bit the movie was entertaining. Yeah the romance scenes was not much important to the movie but it was pretty much enjoyable. Songs by Music magician A R Rahman was up to the mark all the songs will catch your ears after hearing it for one time. Next big thing of the movie is the director himself, really he is very talented every scenes were perfectly match and the story linked well with the shots its all happened because of Vikram's magnificent direction. And also like to praise the man behind camera Hats off for the whole team. Never miss this one watch it in the theatre it self.
