Apocalypse, end of the world, Mayan calendar, shifting of earth's poles, tsunami, solar storms are the base on which this story has been built.
If you have seen Independence Day and Day after tomorrow, there isn't much you will enjoy in this movie other than the stunning graphics. The graphics is almost a make believe reality. You just cannot differentiate. Absolutely no flaws.
Story line is as usual, Like in Day after tomorrow, the story starts in India, and goes around the globe. Keeping up with the times, the US President is a black.
The whole story is about the Biblical apocalypse, a modern Noah's Arch and how the hero's family is saved from all natural disasters when the whole world is dying.
John Cusack has proved his driving skills, and his "breath-taking" underwater performance good enough to give him a Guinness Record.
A climax just because you need one. A "Climax" talk the same way we saw in Independence Day. The same sequences and events like Day After Tomorrow.
Even if this is what is gonna happen in 2012, this is bit more of an exaggeration.
