I guess list of good songs by kishore will be endless .He has worked with all the music directors of his times and they definitely got the best out of him.
My choices are slightly offbeat, but no less melodious then the more popular ones.
- Hawaon Pe likhdo hawaon ke naam:(Do doni chaar): awesome stuff by Hemant kumar(one of my favourite music directors). really good lyrics by SH Bihari. Ideal song for any mood, this melody will soothen you .
2.Meri Bheegi bheegi si:(Anamika, R D Burman, Majrooh sultanpuri), Song for cheated(or feeling cheated) lovers.wordings are strong and deep and music cant get any better. The picturisation(sanjeev kumar, sharmila) too is good.
3.Choti si yeh Duniya:(Rangoli) A bubbly number from shankar jaikishan - Shailendra(these guys have produced phenomenal number of gems.). kishore acted in the film with Vyjayanthimala. voice of kishore was really sweet in 1962.
4.Koi hota jisko apna(Mere apne, salil chowdhury, gulzar): Song is amazing and watch the movie(really good one starring shatrughan sinha, Vinod khanna and meena kumari) to appreciate the song. the context in the movie, where vinodh khanna, umemployed yet sensible young guy feels lonely, is well depicted in the song.
- Yeh raate yeh mausam(Dilli ka thug, asha- kishore, music by Ravi, Lyrics shailendra): This remains my best duet and romantic of kishore. paragraphs are stunning and the ease with which kishore sings this melody still amazes me.
6.Panthi hoon main us path ka(door ka rahi): a haunting melody by kishoreda on his owm music(guess lyrics by shailendra.). this slow song is befitting of a singer whose memories will remain forever.

Haal kya hain dil ko na pucho sanam:(anokhi ada): my favourite qawwali . who can better sing this high energy number by laxmi pyaare. really good lyrics by majrooh sultanpuri.
Zindagi pyaar ka geet hain(Safar, usha khanna, lyrics by saawan kumar). This soulful melody is a must listen for anyone.the voice of kishoreda is deep and mature.

Tum bin jaaon kahan(pyaar ka mausam): this haunting number by RD Burman is everyone's favourite I guess. music is too good . penned by majrooh, it remains a masterpiece.
geet gaatha hoon main( LAL PATTHAR). simply superb and intense song composed by shankar jaikishan and penned by hasrat jaipuri.
There are lot more, like the songs of aradhana, half ticket(really funny songs) etc. The list is endless.
