This book basically focuses on the love story of a Tamil girl, Ananya and a Punjabi boy, Krish, who wanted to marry each other.There love story is totally filmy.The book was a great read!
Bhagat did a great job of introducing the readers to both character’s families and in instances where both the families were present, the juxtaposition exuded tension and discomfort that definitely resonated with the readers.
This book was very much about family and how important it is to get the families approval before deciding on something with a significant other. when I read this book, I got clear idea why couples in India enjoy it so much. It also expresses where the younger generation stands when it comes to relationships and love marriage.So overall it was a great experience reading this book.Do not miss this.I sure you are gonna love it.
