I feel this review is:
I booked lab test however they called me an hour before collection that they do not serve this area. My mother was kept fasting for 12 hours. The order was made 2 days ago. They had plenty of time to reject my.order and could have avoided keeping my mother on fasting. They are dealing with patients and must understand their responsibility.
