Today I had ordered some medicines rather uploaded a prescription from their app at 8:45 AM. I got an email to track the order. For few hours no changes were there on the status.I made an online complain on their site.
So ultimately I called them at 12:30. They told me that I need to upload the full prescription as date is not visible or something.
I emailed them the same and even uploaded it on their app. Still no changes in the status. I didnt receive any call or reply for the email or the complain.
Finally after 3 calls made by me and seeing that no response is being provided I cancelled the order.
Somethings about their website. on the website I dont see a way to upload the prescription, while the app has that feature.
