I had placed order for few important mediicnes in morning of 16 May 2022 and paid the amount online( of which I have a proof ). I was promised delivery on 17 May 2022 by 5 pm. Since I did not get medicine order delivery on promised time I tried to contact concerned help team. Its very difficult to locate the help team contact details. After that I spent considerable amount of time trying to contact various agents and even today( 20 May 2022 - 3 days after promised date of delivery) I have still not received my order. I must have chatted with 9 agents online, spoken 3 times to various agents on phone, told my concern in details and apart from empty promises nothing was done. TATA 1 mg has recently merged with neucoins and ever since there customer service has taken a bad beating. They have an inhouse logistics team and yet failed to deliver my order . Every time on online chat they just apologize for the inconvinience, raise some ticket, do some corporate sweet talk and nothing else. No real help is provided. I am thoroughly upset with the extremely poor service and support of TATA 1 mg. They have surely lost a customer forever.
