Food And Presentation: We ordered buffet, Food in taste was bit good but it was kept cold in the utensils and half of the items were empty .had to call manager several time to get those filled. . Presentation was horrible. I felt like in a marriage tent. The food was served in the plastic plates which is used by some roadside hawkers.
Ambience: It is not good, doesn't justify their name 1947.then buffet counter placement really putting the restaurant like street vendor.
Customer service: The staff was really non co operative despite 1 waiter to whom I requested to serve us well. The manager was in complete attitude. since the closing time of kitchen was 22 30 he was threatening us to finish our buffet faster otherwise he will remove it from the table.I requested him to give us 30 more mins since we entered the restraint on 9 30 due to traffic problem it was a rude denial.
In the end when I went for the payment. waiter brought the invoice on some handwritten paper and putting taxes in that . I opened my wallet to give him my debit card for payment. again I was disappointed by his statement that they dont take card payments now. Please give us cash. in this digital world they are still backward.
Value for Money: the buffet should not cost more than 100 rs.and If you want to ruin your mood you can go there.
