1920 Patrika Chora Chori promise a threeding combination of history and horror but what it believe delivered was a mind numbering disappointed and let me questioning why I have even bother to watch it the movie attempt a merging to genres result and this jointed and unsatisfying mess.
First and foremost the story line was a Nightmare the narrative germ to bagged and 4th between the historical period and the present day without any clear direction or purpose instant of creating a cohensive and engaging Plot it left me confused and struggling to play peace together the scattered fragments the historical aspect ask only developed with superficial and Shallow representation of the time period falling to emers the audience in the intended era.
The horror element of the film where far from terrifying the jump scenes where predictable and clips losing their intended impact due to pure poor execution the few attempts at creating suspense felt post visually the film failed to impress the cinematography was in inspired with flat shorts that DID little to enhance the story line the set designs and costumes LED authenticly failing to transport the audience to the intended time period.
Overall this is a disappointed and forgettable movie and fails to deliver on its promise of historical horror with story line and under developed characters.
