I happened to order for " Combo of Handloom Trendz Premium Double Bed Sheet with two Pillow Covers(DB332)+(DB314) " from 100bestbuy.com on 31st December 2013 and paid through online banking.
But the tracking number and order confirmation mail is not yet received. When I logged into the site, there is no details on my order.
How to cancel the order and get my money refunded?
