BIG FRAUD this 100BestBuy is. It’s been over a month and I did not get my product or my amount back into my account. I ordered puma shoe online on 16th Nov and they called me on 19th Nov saying they don't have stock, I cancelled the order as I couldn't wait for longer time and they said they will refund the amount within 6 days and every 6th day when I am calling they are saying the same old story that it will be done in next 6 days and today they are saying they can’t refund the amount in my account.
They are saying it will be credited to my 100bestbuy account and I will have to buy something else. I called 6 times on 9th Dec and they all are giving me all GYAN. I Spoke to the supervisor, Name: R SINGH; Employee ID: 1317 and he hung up on me. That happened every time I asked for the supervisor.
If it’s not been resolved in next 5 working days I would take this up with consumer court;
