I had ordered for a product in the month of June worth Rs. 1999. The product was defective, and called the customer care on the number 080 - 67536400. I have seen many other online shopping portals, who provide the option of collecting back the products they deliver.
100bestbuy(100worstbuy), dont have that option. I wanted a refund for the product. So I only had to courier back the product back to their office. Before doing that, again I asked and confirmed, if I couriered back their product, to their office, would they be refunding back the courier amount as well. They had told me yes.
And then the big story starts.
On June 28th, they had got the product delivered to their office. I waited waited waited endlessly... listening to all the crap of their customer care executives patiently. But the refund didn't happen..
Every time, they would say that, the process is in progress. They would take my complaint and give me a complaint id. Next time, I call back the customer care, and ask about the status of the complaint by telling them the complaint id, I get a humorous response, that, there is no such complaint id.
And then after asking to send me a mail regarding the status, they would say that, I would get a mail from the mailing department regarding the status. But no such mails were replied to me. It was such a mental torture, coz. everytime, I would have to talk to a new customer care executive and tell him my issue which was the most annoying thing.
I was just being made a fool.
I have mailed so many times to the following

Have sent them a scanned copy of the courier bills.
Then I decided, no matter what it takes, I wont leave them until my refund.
After pestering them, by calling them at least 7-8 times in a day for 2 months, then I get the product amount refunded, but not the courier fees refunded. Courier was sent through BLUE DART DHL.
Now they have come up with a new story telling that, they would refund the courier amount in form of credit points. I had initially agreed to that as well, but even to do that, they took nearly 5 days time and didn't do it.
After inquiring again regarding the courier fees refund, they say it will be done today tomorrow, day after..... etc.. its been again almost 1 month, but my courier fees has not been refunded.
Now I really dont want to take the credit points and again fall back into buying their worthless crap products,
I conveyed to one of their supervisor Mr. Divesh Kapoor last week(7th Sept, 2013) regarding it. He had promised me that in 1 hour time, I would get a confirmation mail and the refund would happen within 1:00 pm
Its been 1 week now. and today I call back, He is not ready to receive the call. All their customer executives namesly,
Dinesh Singh, Manish, Sunil Kumar, Chandra Kumar Singh, and few other female executives.. are so worse in responding to my queries, that Inspite of telling that, I would post complaint against all of these to the concerned and would go to consumer court, their answer is "do whatever you want to do sir"
The biggest mistake of my life is doing an online shopping with 100bestbuy,
This is the worst, big cheat and a fraud online shopping company.
I would strongly recommend, everyone not to shop any products from this portal.
The products are worthless, defective and bad quality in all sense.
I will be posting my bad experience in all social websites to make people aware of these cheats.
