HI, I have bought a Reebok watch from 100bestbuy.com online store on 2/12/2011 and I maid a online payment worth Rs. through CC Avenue. But when its been delivered to me the packing was so pathetic that easily giving me an idea of the product quality.
When I opened the packing found a low quality watch inside this and that too very dirty and scratched. The watch was completely different from what was shown in the site.
After calling few times, suddenly one of their executive received the call and I told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address.
Then I did the same and within 5 days I got my product that I ordered from the site https://100bestbuy.com. This time I got all the product and not paid any extra courier charges.
