Dont loss ur money In 100BESTBUY.COM Be Alert! Attaching ma shipment details
I purchased a 3 combo shirt in 100bestbuy.com worth rs 999 and totally it cost around 1200 along with the shipping charge in November 1st week Nov 8. When I happened to open the product, it seemed to be very disappointing as the shirts looks like found in garbage with dirty colour and unfit size.
(Then I called the customer care of 100 bestbuy.com they instructed me to resend the product and they assured me to refund the cash along with ma shipping charge of 465 rupees totally around 1636 rupees.once they get back the product)
I get the Email from 100bestbuy.com about they got the product back in Nov 10, stating that you will receive your money in terms of credit points as it was a special offer.ref no 27109748.
I finally got depressed of hearing this and spoke many times with the customer care regarding the refund.
In the end, I decided to accept the credit Points
Even though I accepted the credit points, they started cheating without adding my Shipping charge of Rs.465.
I sent an email to service@100bestbuy.com nearly 10 times still now I dont get any proper response from them.
Every time am losing money of nearly 20 to 30 rupees to make a call at their customer care.
very fourth rated worst customer care service.
At last, I decided to make use of my credit point to purchase a T-shirt, even there they are not allowing to make use of my full credit point to purchase. I lost all my money.
Even the advertisement sites will be punished. I clearly say this is a new way of cheating people.This website should be banned and these people should be punished.
