This is my first review and I want to write about the 100bestbuy.com Customer Service and my overall 100bestbuy.com experience. On a friends suggestion, I ordered a Samsung Wave S5253 from the 100bestbuy.com website. But later I got a call telling me that there may be little delay in the delivery because the mobile phone that I have ordered was not in their stock but he told me that he will give me a call as soon as the mobile phone is in stock.
I was impressed by that call alone and after 5 day I got another call telling me that the mobile phone has been dispatched and it should reach me soon. From my personal experience, the customer care experience was great and the service they are providing is simply worth appreciation.
Another thing I love is their easy checkout and secure payment system. I hate it when I am giving too much option at the time of checking out. 100bestbuy.com is not like that and they have a simple checkout system and I love it.
I will surely shop for more from 100bestbuy.com.
