I had ordered an Samsung Galaxy YS5360 with order no 1215267 and mobile no 9954692081 on 2/12/2011 from 100bestbuy.com. After placing the order I received a call on 3/12/2011 from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me along with Samsung Galaxy YS5360 we are giving earphone, warranty card and you need to pay the Rs 7300 and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 8500.
So I placed the order and payed online through Cc Avenue . After 9 days of their call I received the Samsung Galaxy YS5360 through courier, but as I opened the pack I got shocked because I found that its ear phone was broken, there was no warranty card and I ordered white colored Samsung Galaxy YS5360 and they have sent me black colored Samsung Galaxy YS5360 but over the packet it had written white color. Then I sent 5 mail to info@100bestbuy.com and they replied me with replacement details i.e. due to stock unavailability you might have got the different product.
So please courier the product to our given address and after receiving the product we send you new product as soon as possible. I also called customtakeouter care of 100bestbuy.com and they received my call and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then I did courier the product to their address on 18/12/2011.
Again I sent mails to 100bestbuy regarding replacement details and they replied that after receiving the product, we send you new product and after 15 days i.e 2/1/2012 I got new product with gift, then I opened the product(Samsung Galaxy YS5360) that is really good and all the parts are working very well. So now m feel very happy.
