I purchased Dell XCD35 through 100bestbuy.com on 28/12/2011 with order number 1947197 *for that I made a online payment of Rs. 9500. After receiving the product I saw that screen had broken and I got shocked. At first I think that I have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. Then I called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then I did courier the product to their address and within 10 days I got new product then I opened the product(Dell XCD35) that was really good and all the parts are working very well.
So now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement.
