My experience with this shopping site was worst. They send me defected products and now they are not refunding my money.It is a hopeless company. I wonder how this company can claim that it is is top 3 in e-commerce portal.When I got convinced I ordered a product of olay for which they adjusted my credit points and the remaining amount I paid through net banking, I paid a total cost of rs.645.
I was shocked when I got the delivery cos they sent me a different product which had a price tag of rs.165 .I have given up on this company and will just post it on all possible forums and FB so that my friends do not go through the same horrible experience. Please do not get fooled by the company response on blogs claiming that they will respond in 2 days to your issues cos that is just a postponing tactics of this company cos this company feels they are doing a favor by delivered any damaged product in the name of prize and as a customer you are expected to be happy with whatever they throw at its customers. So friends think twice to buy any thing from them.
