Dear Sir,
I purchased a combo product of 3 chinos of Koutons brand, but when it was delivered, I observed that the tag with KOUTONS print was fixed on the products but the fabric of the chinos seemed to me some cheap road side material. The product cost me 1099/- through 100bestbuy, but actually it didn't even seem to me that it would have a value of even Rs.500/-. It didn't even look like ORIGINAL Koutons brand.
I immediately contacted 100bestbuy and returned the products on 21st February 2014 which got delivered to them on 24th February 2014. But since then I am being following up for the refund and still today i.e. 16th March 2014, I have not received my refund money of Rs.1165/- (that is inclusive of the delivery charges of the product).
I has sent so many mails also to 100bestbuy, but nobody from their side is bothered to reply. I am really frustrated & worried about my money now.
Can any one help me on this? It would be very helpful for me.
