This is the worst online shopping website I have ever experienced.
I made my payment on 20.04.14 against order No.30039904. But, I have not received the product till date.
I am continuously following up with their customer care unit and they are providing various types of excuses like shirts are out of stock, then said it would be delivered by 01/05/14, on 02/05/14 they said it would be dispatched on 03/05/14. I don't know how many days will I be harassed like this or what what will they send!
I have contacted customer service people for at least 6 times!
In other online shopping sites, they send you prompt response via sms and mail and also give us our customer reference no. for any complaint. In this case I have received a mail after several calls and that says I have product in my cart and will have to pay for the same while the amount was deducted from my account on the same date of purchase.!
I think 100bestbuy people should train under them because till date I have not received any proper reply to my several phone calls from them.
This is the worst website I have ever known and I will make it sure that this mail would reach my friends and customer review section. I have a doubt if I will be able to get back my money incase of cancellation.
Consumer court and cyber crime will be the only option if they cheat me like this. I am sad to choose and believe an online site like 100bestbuy.com .
